USA Media Group LLC ("we", "us") is a video production and social media marketing company based in Denver, Colorado. This policy explains what we do with information you give us through usamediagroup.us.
What we collect
- What you send through the contact form: your name, your business name, your email or phone number, and your message.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to deliver and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you.
We do not use advertising cookies on this site at this time. If that changes, we will update this page first.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and talk with you about our services.
- To provide the services you hire us for.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are delivered to our team through Cloudflare (hosting) and Telegram (the messaging app we use to receive inquiries). If you email or call us, your message is handled by our email and phone providers. These companies process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we are in contact with you or working together, and for a reasonable time after that for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@usamediagroup.us and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
